A remnant of the Fire Serpent, a Skyhome orphan, a Rainbow Bay gang member, a nobody rolling around in a pile of ashes... Luara has had many identities, but now she has found her life's purpose.Her red cloak is her symbol of honor and the only reminder of her warm past.She shall bring the power of the Fire Serpent to Rainbow Bay to cleanse it of evil. The Fire Serpents will stand tall on this land once again!

Serpent's Envoy

Luara's Basic Attacks unleash the serpent blade at the enemy and deal damage. Each skill use increases her Attack Speed.

Skill 1

Deadly Fang

Activates a serpent blade and gains Movement Speed. She can quickly scale walls should she run into them during this period.

Skill 2

Furtive Attack

10s

Summons the Fire Serpent at the target location, which then moves toward her, damaging and slowing enemies in its path. If serpent blades are active, it deals extra damage to enemies. If not, its cooldown is returned.

Skill 3

Blazing Glare

60s

Releases the Fire Serpent in the target direction, dealing damage and blinding enemies in its path, and gains a serpent blade while enhancing herself. While enhanced, damaging enemies will accumulate Energy. At full Energy, deals area damage and launches enemies.
